Meet the Team
Ruby
As a Reformer Pilates instructor, Ruby loves watching people grow in strength and confidence. Her classes are designed to challenge clients safely, helping them realise they’re capable of more than they think! Every session includes a fun challenge, a bit of a laugh and a chance for you to surprise yourself.
Sophia
Now, as a Reformer Pilates instructor, Sophie loves seeing others discover the joy of movement and the unique challenge the reformer provides. She believes its adaptability makes it perfect for all fitness levels, and she finds it so rewarding to watch clients grow in strength and confidence with every session.
Katie
As a Reformer Pilates instructor, Katie loves to help any client that walks through the door to feel better, whether that’s physically, mentally or both.
She enjoys seeing people get stronger and grow in confidence. Whatever stage you’re at, Katie’s aim is for all her classes to be challenging and inclusive, always having fun with a giggle along the way.
When she’s not working at The University Of Nottingham, Reforming or running around after her two kids, Katie has a little obsession with making cinnamon buns!
Favourite move: It’s hard to pick one, but I love an upper body series, moves that get lats, shoulders and biceps working.
Faye
Faye has been teaching Reformer Pilates for almost 5 years. She loves being an instructor and helping people move better. In her own words, she has “the best fun” when teaching.
Since qualifying, she has continued to expand her knowledge of the human body and is currently studying for a degree in Osteopathy, with plans to graduate in 2026.
She applies this additional knowledge to her teaching, making her especially skilled at working with injuries and modifying positions to ensure clients get the most out of every exercise.
Favourite Move: Faye’s favourite move to teach on the Reformer is the Hundred with hands in straps, as it quickly highlights improvements in strength and endurance. Watching clients reach 100 reps and seeing the sense of achievement on their faces is extremely rewarding.
Abrielle
Having earned a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science, qualifying as a Sports Massage Therapist and being in her final year of a MSc in Dietetics, she has a deep passions for health, beauty and wellness.
She loves how reformer Pilates is accessible to everyone, from those in rehabilitation to individuals aiming to build or maintain strength and mobility, supporting long-term well-being.
With years of experience in tap dance, Abrielle appreciates the mental and physical benefits of movement.
Watching clients grow in strength and confidence is the most rewarding aspect of teaching, and she enjoys motivating them to push their limits and continue improving.
Favourite Move: Flying lunges, or any lower body exerience!
